Soil that hardens with seawater
Harden in seawater
Can be solidified with salt water with a salt content of up to 30%.
When submerged in seawater, solidification starts after about 3 hours and solidifies to 12N (IN, 9.8kg) in about 7 days and to about 18N in about 12 days. The final strength will be reached in about 1 month.
Sea-friendly
Marine plants begin to grow after about 3 months because the basic raw material is a natural material and the binder does not contain any harmful substances.
Concrete needs water at the site, but seawater soil blocks do not need water when they are put into the sea because they only need to be piled up like sandbags and contain water.
The raw material iron slag is used for weight adjustment. * Weight can be changed at any time. Depends on the sea area.
Workability
It has excellent workability and becomes a strong mass like a stone just by putting it in seawater.
Seawater soil 5kg included
Seawater soil 1t included
Main component: decomposed granite soil, solidifying material, etc.
When two kraft paper bags containing 400 to 500 kg are put in a normal flexible container pack and dropped, only the paper bag can be dropped.
By changing the shape
It is also possible to make a wave-dissipating block.
The installation work of the wave-dissipating block is usually made with national money as a general public project, that is, a coastal project. Generally, such public works structures are built with 30 years as the endurance period, but in reality, if the bottom is sandy, there is a problem that it will sink into the sand before the endurance period. For example, if it sinks about 1m50cm, it will no longer have a wave-dissipating effect. (It may sink 1m50cm due to the influence of one typhoon.) That would be a problem, so the block would be raised further. The cost required for that is disaster recovery, that is, disaster recovery that is included in the supplementary budget if it is the national budget, that is, it is not included in the initial budget as a reserve fund, but it is included in the supplementary budget and is it really necessary? After receiving a proper assessment, the budget has come up and the construction is being carried out.
It will sink as described above due to typhoons and natural subsidence.
This proposal is to solve the problem of subsidence of the wave-dissipating block in the attached sheet. Since the "block" itself is formed mainly of natural materials, it does not adversely affect the surrounding environment.
Since the shape can be changed freely, it can be used for various parts and can be made into any shape. Furthermore, since the construction method is simple, just soaking in seawater, it can be constructed using ordinary marine civil engineering equipment. The outer paper bag is made of kraft paper, so it will be naturally weathered.
Erosion and subsidence can be mitigated by using a "toukon seawater soil block" for the base part and connection part of the wave-dissipating block and solidifying and fixing it by soaking it in seawater.
It is a state where salt is released to the outside as it solidifies.
